A mailed memo with a written portion nominating officers to the Grangetown Community Concern for the years 1991 and 1992. The memo, whose header contains the names of the current officers, is signed by Cynthia Wooten, Secretary of the group. The message also alerts members to the next meeting.
Grangetown Community Concern is a volunteer organisation located in Cardiff, which helps to raise funds, publishes a community newspaper, runs toy drives, puts on public events, and sponsors a 'meals-on-legs' programme in the area. The organisation was established in 1977 and is a registered charity. It was renamed Grangetown Community Action in 2016. They have been located at the Grangetown Library since 2006 and are active in the community today.
