MORE BRITISH AND NEUTRAL MERCHANTMEN SUNK.

The British-India Steam Navigation Company’s liner Mantola, 8,300 tons, has been torpedoed. The liner was outward bound for India. All the passengers were saved, but seven Lascars, members of the crew, are missing.

Lloyd’s report the British steamer Saleagh has been sunk.

The British trawler Duke of York, 150 tons, has been sunk.

The Italian barque Linging, 1700 tons, is ashore. The captain and ten men have been drowned. Five saved. The vessel is reported a total loss.

The Norwegian steamer Havgard has been sunk.

The British steamer Japanese Prince has been sunk.

The Norwegian steamer Ellavore has been sunk by an enemy submarine. The captain has been landed; the mate and eleven men are missing.

The fishing smack Victorious has been sunk by a submarine. Four of the crew were picked up.

A message received on Saturday announced that one additional survivor, a coloured man, of the crew of the Johnson liner Vedamore had been rescued, making thirty-nine out of a crew of sixty-three hands.

The British steamer Lullington, 2,816 tons, of London has been sunk.
Crew landed.

The Swedish steamer Vaering, 4,000 tons, is reported sunk. The Dutch sailing lugger Marianne has been sunk. The crew were saved.

The Norwegian steamer Odin, 1.045 tons, was sunk without warning on February 2nd.

The Norwegian steamers Solbaken and Gijon are also reported sunk.

The British trawler Benbow, of Grimsby, has been sunk.

The fishing ketch Inverlyon, of Lowestoft, was sunk by an enemy submarine on February 1st.
