The Cardiff Municipal Musical Society provided musical theatre programmes for children, older people and those with disabilities. The society existed from 1943 to 1993. They were charged with preparing and putting on performances for the public and providing opportunities for those who love drama. The Executive Committee were the minds behind this society and this item shows the minutes of an Executive Committee meeting.

In this entry, page four, the Executive Committee took the time to thank Connie and Meaden, a steel engineering company, who had donated steel staging to the society, and stated that they would acknowledge the owners' names in musical programmes that would follow.
