Dear Boys: I have received your circular referring to the Message of Good Will. - It has been translated and sent to all the Lodges of this Section in order that all the centroamerican countries may cooperatein one way or another to the Goodwill Message. I am writing to the Board of Education asking their colaboration to have a talk about the Good Will work in every school. Also in the Radio the Message will be given.
