Lord Davies writes to his old House of Commons colleague, 'We hope to be able to organise pilgrimages from all parts of Wales during the next few years, in order that men and women who wish to dedicate themselves to the Cause of Justice and Peace may be able to visit the Temple... Perhaps in this way we may be able to break down the apathy and indifference which unfortunately has characterised the attitude of so many people toward the League of Nations.'
