From the Temple of Peace Archives, this conference and study programme on 'Youth - the Future Citizens of Europe' in August 1954, France, was a part of post-WW2 reconstruction efforts to involve young people through international exchange programmes - continued to this day through UNA Exchange and the WCIA (Welsh Centre for International Affairs).
