These were two Belgian refugee children who fled with their parents from Belgium in November 1914 and were initially hosted in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, arriving on December 12th 1914.They left Laugharne in October 1915 when their father secured work at a Belgian owned munitions factory at Letchworth, Hertfordshire.This photo was taken at letchworth on December 10th 1916.
