Basket arch in entrance at Bryn yr Odyn.
Stuated in Merioneth, Bryn-yr-Odyn is a characteristic Snowdonian type farmhouse. Dating from the late 16th century, the farmhouse is built of local stone and has the typical plan and detail. the 'basket arched' opeing to the main door way with radiating stones as the head, is characteristic of the region.
