This is a photograph of a Newspaper report, reporting on a team of number of British Army soldiers from the Royal Regiment of Wales, including Private Dai Dudley, a British Army Veteran whom served in the Royal regiment of Wales. The article reported a charity challenge completed by the soldiers, which raised a significant sum on money to help a local German children's centre in September 1987. Dai Dudley can be identified by an x marked on his image. Photographs and other documents relating to Dai's service in the RRW and Junior Leader regiment can be viewed on line in the David Dudley collection at West Wales Veterans Archive.
