in the year aforesaid to wit at Bedwas aforesaid in the County
aforesaid did advise persuade and encourage to persuade
divers subjects of our Lady the Queen then and there assembled
and whose names are to the Jurors unknown to arm themselves
for the purpose of obstructing the laws and government of this
Realm and for more effectually raising insurrections
and tumults within the same against the peace of our said
Lady the Queen her Crown and Dignity.

2nd Count - And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath
aforesaid do further present that the said Benjamin
Richards heretofore to wit on the said first day of October
in the year aforesaid and on divers other days and times
between that day and the taking of this Inquisition with
force and arms to wit at Bedwas aforesaid in the County
aforesaid did unlawfully conspire confederate and agree
with divers persons to the Jurors unknown to raise and
make Insurrections tumults riots routs and unlawful
assemblies within this Realm and to obstruct and prevent
the due execution of the laws and government of this Realm
and to change and alter the same against the peace of
our said Lady the Queen her Crown and Dignity.

3rd Count - And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath
aforesaid do further present that the said Benjamin
Richards heretofore to wit on the fourth day of Nov[embe]r
in the year aforesaid with force and arms to wit at
the parish of Saint Woollos aforesaid in the County aforesaid
with divers other persons to the amount of 2000 and more
then and there unlawfully riotously and routously assembled
then and there made a great riot rout and unlawful assembly
and kept and continued so unlawfully riotously and
routously assembled as aforesaid and making such Riot
rout and unlawful assembly as aforesaid for a long
space of time to wit for forty eight hours the next
following against the peace of our Lady the Queen
her Crown and Dignity.
