I know John Reynolds he was some time since
Hallier to John Treasure, Gellygross- I saw
Reynolds he said have you nothing in your
hand no you ought to be hanged
he had a Gun in his hand I saw him
commanding the people to go I heard him
order the people to go to a house in Risca
to take a Gun out of a house in Risca
the Gun was given through the window
I saw Reynolds taking the Gun
asking some one to take it Reynolds
daming [damning] the people because they would
not take it that was about 11 [o']clock
after he gave the gun to a man he gave him
a copper cap orderd the man to fire the man
did so, I have been tould he was at the Coach
& Horses; when we came to Risca near
the Bridge a man came to meet us

Frost had failed - but he had a Horse
for him, but no sadle. Reynolds tould
the man on Horseback to go to the public
House and take a sadle, I saw 2 Guns
& pikes. I saw all this Because
