For conspiracy on 1st October and other days at
Aberystruth with divers persons to raise insurrections
&c_and oppose the due execution of the Law and to produce
arms for more effectually carrying said conspiracy
into effect - That prisoner in furtherance of said
Conspiracy did during the time aforesaid make divers
pikes and deliver the same to divers persons for

the purpose of being used in carrying said conspiracy
into effect against the peace &c
2nd Count ThatPrisoner on said 1st November and on
divers other days did produce and make divers
pikes and delivered the same to divers persons
with intent and for the purpose of being used by
such persons for the more effectually making
insurrections &c and obstructing the execution
of the Laws
