29 Nov charged with High Treason
Copy of the Deposition is left herewith
It is not proposed to indict him for
High Treason, but it would seem that
the Evidence is sufficent to charge him
with making & vending pikes for illegal
purposes if such a charge renders him
indictable

Mr Wightman will he pleased to
consider this case and prepare each
Indictment as in his judgment the Evidence
will sustain
