that party - the Mob came down Stow Hill - I have examined
all the weapons and articles now produced and am quite satisfied
they are the same I took from the Prisoner's person - There was
no blow struck until one of the Mob fired a shot - Every part
of the Prisoner was wet when I took him - he was all covered
with dirt - I felt him all over and he was all wet and muddy
