And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present
that the said Griffith Evans heretofore to wit on the third day of November
in the year aforesaid with force and arms to wit at the parish of
aforesaid in the County aforesaid with divers other persons to the
number of two thousand and more then and there unlawfully riotously
and routously assembled then and there made a great riot rout and
unlawful Assembly and kept and continued to unlawfully riotously
and routously assembled and making such riot rout and
Assembly as aforesaid for a long space of time to wit for forty eight
hours then next following against the peace of our said Lady the Queen
her Crown and Dignity
