I saw him crossing the yard
about 30 yards. He was
dressed in a glazed Hat
Blue Coat or Dark Coat
and a reddish coll-d Trowser
a sort of Welsh Flannel.
The Pris-r is a Tailor. he is
a sober industrious Man
I observed (when I saw the
Pris-r) to Mr Lester our Acc-t
there goes Joshua hop-g away
out of the way of the Chartists.
I do not believe he belongs
to the Chartist Society.
