James Coles States that a good bit

Pill Engineers & Millwrights. Isaac Bennett
used to work there with me he was
the workman & I the striker I
saw John Gibby come in one
day & I saw Bennett making
in chalk the form of Pike
Heads like those used
by the Chartists which
he was shewing Gibby
Bennett went away to London
before the Riots
Jno Gibby lives in Thos Gibbons'
House. he had a room there
I saw Jenkin Morgan in Wm
[?] Watkins's House when
I went up towards the Waterloo
