Dive Log - Stack Rocks, Little Haven 17th August 1996

Disgrifiadau

Kevin Hawke is a keen diver and Living Seas Wales volunteer. This image is taken from his dive log and records a dive at Stack Rocks, Little Haven on the 17th August 1996. During the dive he observed a variety of marine wildlife which he describes in the "Dive Details" section of the log book (transcribed below).

Dive Details: Dived at the northern end of Stack Rocks - a free decent, saw and area of rock covered in Dead man's fingers. Slight current vis murky on times. Came across quite a few Ballan wrasse and some medium sized Pollock. Peter led the way through some interesting gullies and tunnels to swim through. Saw some really large edible crabs and more fish and towards the end of the dive Peter found a large lobster under a rock in another small tunnel. Terrific dive really enjoyable.
