Ffotograffau a deunydd cysylltiedig yn olrhain hanes Gorsaf Bŵer Bae Caerfyrddin dros gyfnod o 44 mlynedd (1947-1991), i gyd wedi’u casglu gan David Leonard Jones (1934 – 1999). "Known as Len to the world, dad and Grampi to us. Born in Pembrey in 1934, he moved to Kidwelly in 1959 after marrying my mother Ann and started work in Carmarthen Bay Power Station not long after. I remember as a child how he used to talk with pride and passion about his job at “the bay”. He used to come home and shake his overalls in the kitchen and now with a chilling reality, I recall the asbestos dust falling like snowflakes on the kitchen floor blissfully unaware of what was to come. Over the years, as his interested in photography grew, he complied this album and hoped it would be of interest to future generations. Len died aged 64 of emphysema, a lovely, kind, generous and funny man taken way too soon. We wanted the album preserved for posterity and hope it will be of interest to some. Mrs. Lauraine Clarke – daughter Dr. Lyndsey Clarke – granddaughter February 2022" ---- Nodyn gan David Leonard Jones am ei gasgliad: “My album is now complete. Colour photos D.L.J. Black-white board. The photos range from 1947 to the last photo taken [October] 19 .[1991], a span of 44 years. The album is a brief history of the life of Carmarthen Bay Power Station. I hope that who [??] through its pages will have some idea of what the inside of a old Power Station was like. D. L. Jones. Kidwelly [??} 1959-1989”
