Both the Westminster and the Belvoir Hotels were run by Quellyn Roberts & Co, Chester.  The company also ran several other hotels in North Wales.

One of the surviving artifacts from this era is the corporate chamber pot which is embelished with an elaborate crest bearing the names and locations of all seven hotels.

Over the years, hotels were included and excluded from the list and even grew to include hotels in England, including the Rowton Hall Hotel on the outskirts of Chester.

Altho the company still exists (2024) they no longer run hotels.
