Debbie shares her story of using Welsh Women’s Aid as a service, first making contact through Atal Y Fro. She hopes sharing her story will help spread awareness of domestic abuse within the military community and its severity and encourage those like herself to speak out and access the support they need.
She speaks of how brilliant Welsh Women’s Aid’s help was, both practically and emotionally.
