This memorial stone marks the position of the disused and half empty mausoleum of the Drummond family. Sir James Drummond allowed the upper part to be removed down to the original level of the Church in 1938. The last of the Edwinsford family buried in the vault was Lady Mary Drummond, who died in September 1874.
