Richie Saunders talks us through how he got involved with cider making, the skills passed on to him by the previous cider maker Lee, apples that are growing in the orchard at Gower Heritage Centre and some of the ciders produced.Richie Saunders is manager of The Gower Heritage Centre and producer of Mill House Cider. Richie has been producing cider at the centre for 9 years. Mill House Cider is produced on an 1890 travelling cider press powered by a small steam engine.
