One of the best things, in a long list of great things, about Conwy is Incredible Edible Conwy / Bwyd Bendigedig Conwy, Conwy’s pick-me eat-me gardens. They are grown for all of us by Celia Williams and her team of volunteers. There are three plots in Conwy – at the tourist information centre, by the wishing well in front of the knight shop and by the toll house at the suspension bridge.
