A letter to Grangetown Community Concern from the Cardiff Bay Arts Trust inviting the organisation and its members to come to an open house celebration for the relocation of the Cardiff Bay Arts Trust to Butetown. The letter states that the new location will provide a venue for workshops, art exhibits, volunteer programmes, and community meetings.

Cardiff Bay Arts Trust was an arts regeneration agency in Cardiff that promoted public interest in the arts, as well as activism and volunteer activities. The organisation merged with Cywaith Cymru/ Artworks Wales to form Celf Gyhoeddes Cymru/ Public Art Wales.

Grangetown Community Concern is a volunteer organisation located in Cardiff, which helps to raise funds, publishes a community newspaper, runs toy drives, puts on public events, and sponsors a 'meals-on-legs' programme in the area. The organisation was established in 1977 and is a registered charity. It was renamed Grangetown Community Action in 2016. They have been located at the Grangetown Library since 2006 and are active in the community today.
