Disgrifiad
A scrapbook containing programmes of the events, meetings, and public lectures held and attended between 1912 and 1921 by Members of the Cardiff Naturalists' Society. This volume also has tickets and posters advertising individual events, as well as photographs of the group.
The Cardiff Naturalists' Society was established in 1867 and helps to promote public engagement with the sciences. The group put on public lectures, events, and day trips, usually in order to raise funds. They are known for having helped to raise a significant amount of funding for the building of the Welsh National Museum. The group is still active today and is largely run by volunteer work.
