Taf Fechan Gorge, potholes CaCo3 solution. Collapsed cavern

Dripstone of chemically formed tufa deposited in bed of Glais stream which joins Taf Fechan at Pont Sarn. Petrification as for stalactites etc. Ca(HCo3)2 becomes CaCo3 + Co2 + H2O
