The above Constitution and By-laws were adopted by the Salem Home-Coming Association at a business meeting or the Associa­tion held on May 12, 1927, at the home of Mr. and Mrs.John L. Evans, in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. See minutes of Recording Secretary.
