MUSICAL NUMBERS AT SALEM REUNION

Messrs. Tibbott, Roberts and Barber Named by R.H. Owens as Soloists

Robert H. Owens, of the Eighth Ward, who is in charge of the music for the annual home-coming service at Salem C.M. Chapel in Cambria Township, next Sunday, has announced Thomas Barber, tenor; J. Humphrey Roberts, baritone, and Harve Tibbott, also baritone, as the soloists, with Miss G. Mabel Davis, of the First Ward, as the accompanist. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Jones, of the Westmont Presbyterian Church choir also will be present to sing some selections, and another feature will be the playing of the the Johnstown Juniors - Clarence Hurrel, jr., Campbell Rutledge, jr., Franklin P. Reiter, jr., and Herbert Plotts, jr., trombonists. Another musical feature will be the singing of some Welsh selections by Welshmen from Colver, Ebensburg, Johnstown, and other parts of Cambria County. Mr. Owens will serve as the precentor. The head of the association is Mrs. Thomas H. Jose, formerly of Westmont, now of Cleveland. She arrived at the John L. Evans home last evening to direct the annual clean-up exercises at the church property today.
