Report of the annual general meeting of the Voluntary Emergency Social Service Transport for 1981. The report contains a review of the year; a detailed list of the services undertaken; financial accounts.

Voluntary Emergency Services Transport (VEST) was set up in 1971 to deliver coal and wood to the housebound during fuel shortages. Today it is known as VEST Community Transport and provides transport for individuals residing in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff who are unable to use regular transport due to restricted mobility through Illness, age or disability. This service enables hundreds of people to enjoy local trips for shopping and leisure.
