Disgrifiad

This is a postcard photograph of a Welsh police Constable. There are no clues on his uniform which would give an indication as to which force he was attached. The cap badge is a generic type of Prince of Wales feathers design, used by several of the older police forces such as Carmarthenshire, Cardiganshire, Merionethshire etc. Part of the Ross Mather Police Mmemorabilia Collection.
