Did someone say Food?

Thr Chips Curry & Cappuccino project is run by the Ethnic Youth Support Team at Swansea and will be investigating how foods of different cultures - just like Chips. Curry and Cappuccino - have become part of the mainstream British diet. This project porposes to discover the story behind Swansea's food cuisines and the people that create them by interviewing local people to build a profile of different cultures. This project is funded by HLF and works in partnership with the National Waterfront Museum.
