Inscription B31: ER COFEADWRLAETH AM/ CAPT JOSEPH DAVIES/ SMELTING YN Y PLWYF HWN/ YR HWN A FU FARW/ EBRILL 22AIN 1862/ YN 55 MLWYDD OED/ Yma mewn greian mae'n gorweddy gwr/ Fu'n noddwr yw anedd/ Er meddu da a mawredd/ Aeth o'r byd i wailod bedd/ Am hynnu byddwch chwiliau barod:/ Canys yn yr awr ni chybioch y daw/ Mab y dyn.

Description: elaborate carving of an urn with a daisy style flower on either side. There is also cobbles marking the top of the grave (measuring 1700mm by 650mm).

This grave was photographed as part of a Graveyard Survey carried out with the help of volunteers in 2013.
