A large 4" wide helmet plate of the Swansea County Borough Police. This is the third style (total of four different designs) helmet plate which was issued by the force. This one was issued from the 1920's and used up until the 1960's. Also shown are a pair of collar / epaulette badges worn by the force from the 1920's
