Since posting this picture I have been reliably informed that it was taken inside the tourist information office, Llanwrtyd Wells which was situated between the Old Post Office and the Old Bank in the town. Both the Post office and the TIO were knocked down many years ago and the statue of the red kite now stands in their place.
