This is a copy of a photograph retained by British Army Veteran Dennis Pikes. Dennis served with the Kings Shropshire Light Infantry in the Korean war during 1951. This photograph shows a KSLI soldier in the trench system on the front line defences, believed to be near San Wai in 1951.The bare chested KSLI soldier can be seen in the foreground.
