1st battalion of the K.S.L.I [Kings Shropshire Light Infantry]. Narrative of events. Korea [front cover and first page]

Copy of the official regimental record of the deployment to the Korean war of the 1st battalion of the Kings Shropshire Light Infantry. Private Dennis Pikes was a national service soldier serving with the regiment at the time and travelled with his battalion to Korea. He remained for the twelve months of deployment and came into possession of this copy many months after it's commission. Dennis held the record safely and has recently returned it to the Light infantry museum.
