Minutes of the meeting of the Synagogue Council of Cardiff New (now Reform) Synagogue, Cardiff, held on 17 October 1991. Professor A. Moritz is listed as being in the chair. The meeeting discusses correspondance with Mrs Rothman, Rabbi Silverman and Hineini. The meeting also welcomes new members.
