Minutes of the meeting of the Synagogue Council of Cardiff New (now Reform) Synagogue, Cardiff, held on 18 October 1990. The chairman is recorded as Dr H. Cairns. The meeting discussed the records at Cathedral Road which had been destroyed by the floods and whether an archivist should be appointed. The meeting also discusses the Anne Frank Exhibition and the use of the synagogue hall on the 23 October for the League of Jewish Women. The meeting also discusses the stained glass window and providing hospitality for Mrs Elaina Rothman.
