Minutes of the meeting of the Council of Cardiff New (now Reform) Synagogue on 16 October 1980. It includes a list of those present and apologies for absense. The chairman is recorded as Mr W Pollock. The meeting discussed the retirement of Rabbi Dr Graf. The council also disucssed security for the proposed Cardiff Jewish Social Centre and how to fund it. The meeting also discussed the gift shop, work of the wardens, Ladies' Guild, Israel Committee, Representative Council and youth groups. It discusses the beginning of Saturday classes and Induction Service and dinner.
