The Cardiff City Police & Fire Brigade Athletic Club held their annual sports event each year at the Castle Grounds, North Road. Cardiff.

This silver plated trophy was won by Police Constable Boothby in 1928, 1929 and 1930 for the 120 yard dash.

The 120 yard sprint / dash was a version of the modern day 100m race.
