Thomas Jenkin Lewis. He joined Cardiff Police Force on 24th August 1880 aged approximately 25. He retired from what was then the Cardiff City Police on the 11th October 1906 aged approximately 51 years of age. *The Ross Mather Police Memorabilia of Wales Collection.
