Photograph featured in Ann Davis's book '61 Views of Cowbridge' ca 1890 (re-printed). The 'Bath Chronicle' of May 1831 advertises the property for let, and the Cambrian newspaper of August 1835 advertises it as vacant, having been let for three years to William Smyth Esq.
