Will of Thomas Kemeys, Cowbridge 1722
Bequeathing to his friend, the Revd. Robert Powell, and his uncle, Edmund Jenkins (as trustees), a freehold messuage, barn, garden & orchard in the possession of James Lewis; one croft of one & a half acres Morfa Mawr. He had a son Edmund Kemeys (lived at 54 Eastgate, and married Mary Jones, daughter of Joan Jones). Thomas's second wife was Ann Kemeys; his second son was John Kemeys.
