Bequests to the poor and church of Llanharry, to cousin Elizabeth Thomas of Llanharan, widow, to Mr Edward Davies, vicar of Llanblethian, and to Ann Kemeys, supposed daughter of Sir Nicholas Kemeys. His house in Cowbridge for his son, John Williams (his wife Maud to continue to live there for her life), now of Oriel College, Oxford, and his heirs; otherwise to Mary & Margaret Watkin, daughters of his sister Elizabeth Jones etc.
