Letter and receipt to David Tilley regarding his purchase of 'Ivy Cottage'. He then had extensive alterations carried out at the property, enlarging it greatly, and re-named it 'Ivy House'. He moved in there with his first wife, Eva (see Tilley family research : chs01915)
